Each full configured holding unit earns an entry. Which snapshots count is set by the policy each draw locks (see the Draw rule in the program policy on /docs): retro-holder-v1 uses the finalized closing snapshot; retro-holder-v2 takes a snapshot at the start of the epoch and at draw time and uses the smaller of the two balances. The proposed CI threshold is 100,000 tokens; it is not active until its mint and policy are configured. Wallet token accounts are combined before rounding down.
The CI program is planned for 30-minute UTC epochs. Existing records retain their locked schedule (on a schedule). A real countdown appears only for a published draw with funded, authenticated prize inventory. Each draw keeps its own locked terms.
The Packs page shows whether sales are open. The $10 Collector Pack is awaiting verified card inventory and settlement. No payment is requested while openings are unavailable.
Selling before the closing snapshot can reduce or remove entries. For a draw locked to the two-snapshot policy (retro-holder-v2), only the opening and closing snapshot balances count and the smaller one is used; balances in between are not checked, so selling and buying back before the closing snapshot leaves entries unchanged, while tokens bought after the opening snapshot earn no entries that epoch. Transfers after a locked snapshot do not change that draw.
Selection is linked to public snapshot commitments and verified randomness. Physical delivery is unavailable for now. Any future delivery requires an explicit request and completed fulfillment steps; no item automatically ships and no SOL cash-out is implemented.
